Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using KeishanElliottCPT services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

Services Provided

KeishanElliottCPT provides:

• Personal fitness training and coaching
• Stretchprotherapy and mobility services
• Fitness assessments and evaluations
• Health and wellness education
• DOE vendor wellness programs

Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate health and medical information
• Inform us of any changes in your health status
• Follow safety guidelines and instructions during training
• Arrive on time for scheduled sessions
• Provide 24-hour notice for cancellations
• Pay for services according to agreed-upon terms

Health and Safety

You acknowledge that physical exercise involves inherent risks. You agree that you are in good physical condition and have no medical conditions that would prevent you from participating in fitness activities. You should consult with your physician before beginning any exercise program.

You agree to assume all risks associated with participation in fitness training and to release KeishanElliottCPT from any liability for injuries or damages resulting from your participation.

Payment Terms

• Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements are made
• Package purchases are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
• Late cancellations (less than 24 hours notice) may result in a cancellation fee

Intellectual Property

All training programs, educational materials, and content provided by KeishanElliottCPT are proprietary and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share these materials without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

KeishanElliottCPT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
